A 1.60 x 2.00 bed and the large couch offer sleeping places for 3 people. A new kitchen with modern appliances is available. The Thermomix and all other utensils may be used. There is a washing machine halfway up the stairs. The balcony with lounge furniture is quietly located to the courtyard. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.

Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Sonne am Nachmittag, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Gäste-WC, eine kleine aber sehr schöne Designer-Küche! Die Wohnung liegt Hochparterre und hat somit leider ein paar Stufen und ist damit nicht ganz barrierefrei!

If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.
