Genießt diese schöne geräumige Altbauwohnung, sie liegt sehr zentral, 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Wasser, 5 Minuten Fußweg zur schönen Flaniermeile Holtenauer Straße mit ihren zahlreichen Inhaber betriebenen Läden! Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Sonne am Nachmittag, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Gäste-WC, eine kleine aber sehr schöne Designer-Küche! Die Wohnung liegt Hochparterre und hat somit leider ein paar Stufen und ist damit nicht ganz barrierefrei!
