You will feel comfortable in this historic rear cottage from 1648. Clay walls and wooden floors breathe stories and history. On 120 square meters, you don't have to do without modern amenities. From the heart of Holstein with rolling hills, forests and meadows, you are 15-20 minutes away from the Baltic Sea/Scharbeutz or one of the numerous swimming lakes. Eutin or Bad Segeberg with the Karl May Festival are not far away. Lübeck's fantastic old town can be reached in 25 minutes.

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, It is very central, 10 minutes' walk to the water, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade Holtenauer Straße with its numerous owner-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace with sun in the afternoon, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not completely barrier-free!

It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Shopping can be reached in about 12 minutes by foot, the center can be reached in about 25 minutes by bus, the North East Sea can be reached in about 10 minutes. It takes about 15 min. by car to get to the beach. Apartment very close to the apartment The bus goes directly there for about 15-25 min. By car approx. 10 min.

Maritime bunk bed with private terrace

Our maritime furnished apartment, about 30 m² plus terrace, is located in Eckernförde. The center and Borbyer beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers will feel at home with us. The apartment is equipped with a very high quality and comfortable foldaway bed (1.60 x 2 m). The coffee maker has been replaced by a fully automatic coffee machine. There are sufficient coffee beans in the apartment.

Captain's Cabin was newly renovated in 2022, including a new bathroom. Since the first guests and try everything! Dare you :-) Just 100 meters from the beach is "Captain's Cabin" on the 3rd floor (not barrier-free / no elevator) of the apartment complex directly in the Olympic Center. Go out and be right in the action .... from the promenade directly to the marina or the beach in less than 3 minutes.
