The accommodation with two private rooms is located in a listed building right on the access road to the lock. Separate entrance with shower room, Bedroom (single bed), living room, no kitchen or cooking facilities. Apart from the seagulls and the sounds of the ships, it is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity, there are inviting restaurants and cafes. The historic cobblestone paving in the courtyard is not suitable for high heels or walking aids. In summer, the lakeside bathing facility is an inviting spot for a refreshing dip.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, it is very central, 10 min walk to the water, 5-minute walk to the beautiful Holtenauer Straße promenade with their numerous owners-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace that gets afternoon sun, a bathroom with shower, a guest toilet, and a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not quite accessible!
