Private tropical 🌴 pool to our 3 rentals ( may be shared) Lake access. The amenities include 2 double kayaks, 4 single kayaks, and 2 paddle boards. Life vest provided. A pop up tent, lake chairs amd limited fishing equipment. Centrally located to many restaurants,shopping and wineries

Private Getaway -Pool/Hot Tub, Sleeps 18, Spacious

Our dock is currently floating in the water at the property's edge. The water directly in front of our property is suitable for swimming, floating, tubing, kaying, fishing, etc. If you would like to launch a motorized boat, the Pace Bend Park Boat Ramp is open (as of 1/7/25). The ramp is a quick 15 minute drive door-to-door from the house. Please be aware that the lake water fluctuates and that the lake is currently in a low period. if you have any questions about the lake levels, just ask!

Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
