Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Blick über den Garten und ein Bad mit großer Dusche. Von hier aus kann man herrliche Radtouren zum Wannsee machen, Potsdam besuchen und ist schnell mit der S-Bahn in Berlin.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Located in the green, very quiet Kleinmachnow, you can get to Berlin or Potsdam very quickly from our terraced house. Everything you need is nearby: bus stop, Berlin-Wannsee regional train station, Mexikoplatz S-Bahn station, food discount store, bank, etc. The house is temporarily inhabited by the owners, the cabinets are partly full. Linens and towels are of course provided in the house.
