Stay on a farm in Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

1 Room and kitchen in guesthouse in the countryside

Our cozy guesthouse is located on our farm in Kvidinge. Kvidinge is located between Klippan and Åstorp in Skåne, about 30 km north of Helsingborg. There are trains between Helsingborg and Kvidinge. 7-minute walk to the train station from the guest house. In the guest house, there is a kitchen, toilet, shower and two beds with sheets and towels. In the nearby area, there is a grocery store and a restaurant. A bit further away, there is art, culture, shopping and nature experiences. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Scenic accommodation in the middle of Skåne

Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Cozy house of 65 sqm, the accommodation has been refreshed with new interior design, freshly painted facades and solar cells on the roof in 2021. Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

Spacious apartment in the city center

Great location as a starting point for excursions and visits as it is close proximity to many nature experiences and sights. The apartment is offered both to individuals and larger groups. Fully equipped with modern kitchen in an older property on 2nd floor. Large glassed-in balcony. Shopping and restaurants are available to a limited extent within the urban area and if you want to reach a larger range, the proximity to Helsinborg is an option, which is easily reached via train.
