New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

First row to Kattegat

Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

Dear guests. Welcome to the 2021 cottage, which meets all the needs for a wonderful holiday all year round with peace, beauty, nature, sandy beach, walks and sun. The house is located in a hilly glacial landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun goes down in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
