In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Attractions close by are the Spree riverfront, Eastside Gallery & Uber Arena. We are accessibility friendly, located on the ground floor.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
