Unser Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Wasser und harmoniert perfekt mit der malerischen Umgebung. Genießt den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Boddenlandschaft von einer der Terrassen, springt vom eigenen Steg ins Wasser, stecht mit dem Tretboot in See oder entspannt am Kamin oder an einer der Feuerstellen. Vacation home for 12 people, Baltic Sea with boat and sauna

Unser Ferienhaus ist in der Nähe von Greifswald. Es ist ein 220 m² großes Ferienhaus, direkt am Wasser für max. 12 Personen. Zwischen Stralsund und Greifswald sind die Inseln Rügen und Usedom mit ihren weiten Sandstränden in 20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Den Mietern steht vor Ort ein Ruderboot und eine Sauna im Saunahaus zur Verfügung. Wir bieten Natur und Ruhe pur, kein Verkehr, die Lage am Wasser ist einzigartig. Unser Haus ist für Familien und Gruppen besonders geeignet.

Cozy apartment

The apartment has a living room, bedroom with large sofa bed for 2 people, fitted kitchen, veranda and balcony. Garden use (e.g. for barbecuing) is possible by arrangement. A parking space is nearby. Bicycles can be parked on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The city center with many historical sights, the fishing village of Wieck as well as the beach and the ruins of the Eldena Monastery are easily accessible by public transport or by bicycle.

Vacation in the manor house - between heaven and the Bodden

The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

Baker in the house

Here I offer my cozy, ground-level, small place to stay. On 46 m² you can feel really comfortable with 2 people. For a third person, the sofa bed (1.20 m) can be used in the living room. The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.

This stylish loft is set in a quiet street in downtown Greifswald. It offers an open plan, spacious kitchen, a large workspace, and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. The toilet is separate for extra comfort. Parking is available directly on the premises for €15 per week.
