It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

Sheila is a wonderful host. It is definitely preferred. The house is as complete as it shows. Friendly and approachable. The neighborhood where the house is located is not very close to Vienna, but it is a peaceful place half an hour away. The view from the balcony is great. We will choose this place first when we come to Austria again. Thank you, Sheila 🌺

Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an old and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hot plate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf within walking distance, museum gugging accessible via beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpful. When arriving, note that there is the same street name twice in the area. So it's best to enter the address right away with the correct postal code in the navigation system. :)

I stayed with Katalin and had a great time. Communication was always clear, and Katalin was available and friendly. The house was clean and fully reflected what was indicated in the listing. Although the area is not central, it is well served by public transport and is close to Floridsdorf station, as well as having useful services such as a pharmacy and supermarkets nearby. I definitely recommend your accommodation!

This was one of the best choices I’ve made on Airbnb – definitely my favorite stay in Vienna. I felt truly comfortable here, as the apartment is beautiful, spacious, and full of character – designed with great taste and an incredible attention to detail, which met my need for both comfort and aesthetics. I also really appreciated the location – easy access to the city center, yet the peace and quiet made it such a joy to start and end each day away from the city’s noise. I’m especially grateful for the warm and attentive communication with the host – it gave me a real sense of hospitality and ease. Nikolaus, thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful time. I’ll definitely be back with joy!

We were absolutely delighted! Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d love to come back again!
