At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

For de som liker det maritime miljøet. Marina er betjent 24/7 og det er gode fasiliteter for dusj og sanitæranlegg på land. 15 minutter spasertur til promenade og badestrand. Båten er av typen Catalina C400 og ble bygget på verftet i California i 1995. Catalina Yachts er kjent for sin kvalitet og båten er designet for å bo ombord, med romslige lugarer og full ståhøyde for personer over 2 meter.

The apartment is part of our house, but has a separate entrance and its own small garden. You have your peace and quiet with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who only want to be on the beach all day, but it is a great starting point for tours of the entire island.

I provide a 60m2 apartment located on the top floor, south-west oriented with a large balcony overlooking the seaside district. The apartment is equipped with the necessary equipment. A separate double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room will be optimal for 2 and max 4 people. I provide one parking space in the underground garage for the apartment.

Vacation house "BlauesHaus"

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
