We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Elegant and cosy 2-room flat located on the ground floor of an apartment building in the Bałtycka complex. The flat consists of a living room combined with a kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV, and bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a comfortable 2-person corner sofa bed, TV, and a table with four chairs. The flat has a south-facing terrace, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.
