Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt nur 200m vom Strand entfernt im ruhigen Familienbad Koserow auf Usedom. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Altbau aus der Zeit der Kaiserbäder und besticht durch ihren besonderen Charme. Da wir selber Kinder haben und das Wetter an der Ostsee auch mal verregnet sein kann, haben wir unsere Wohnung mit diversen Gesellschaftsspielen, Kinderbüchern und Spielsachen sowie einer kleinen Ferienbibliothek für die Eltern ausgestattet.

The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet in 5 minutes walking distance to the center and the beach! Er verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Tv, einer Küche, unter anderem mit Spülmaschine Herd mit Backofen und Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Essbereich und ein Bad mit Dusche. Im Garten befindet sich eine Terrasse Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Bungalow. Die Endreinigung erfolgt über einen Dienstleister , Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht enthalten.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).
