In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

In unserem idyllisch gelegenen Waldbungalow in Zinnowitz auf der wunderschönen Insel Usedom! In ruhiger Waldlage im Kiefernweg gelegen, bietet unser liebevoll eingerichteter Bungalow den perfekten Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber, Ruhesuchende und Strandurlauber. Unser Bungalow liegt mitten im Grünen, ca. 15 min. vom Ostseestrand entfernt. Genießen Sie ausgedehnte Spaziergänge durch den Kiefernwald oder entdecken Sie die charmante Seebrücke und die Promenade von Zinnowitz.

Baabe Comfort Beach House right by the sea

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 min. Walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is set up for 2-3 people. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can find the neighboring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults) for friends and family. + dog).

The natural trunk house near Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom offers you two bedrooms with two double beds each, a beautiful bathroom with large shower, an open fireplace, a lush terrace with Hollywood swing and direct bike path to the Baltic Sea beach. With a walk through the nature reserve behind the house you can reach the back water of the island of Usedom. We rent the house without bed linens and towels. A one-time cleaning fee is 80.00 euros

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).

A cozy, thatched, listed half-timbered kate in a 6,000-sqm park-like garden with pond. The garden is secluded behind a wall. The Grey Kate belongs to a complex with listed cats. It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking ripe fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in all peace of mind!

Idyllic bungalow

The bungalow is modern and can accommodate 2 adults in the separate bedroom. The comfortable couch also offers a comfortable sleeping option. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine and dryer can be used by the campsite operator for a fee. (Linens and towels are to be brought with you for hygienic reasons) The small terrace invites you to relax and enjoy cozy evenings outdoors.

Our holiday house is located in the holiday settlement Birkenhain on the edge of the seaside resort Trassenheide in a quiet and protected location. In the middle of a birch forest, on about 500 square meters with a hedge surrounded separate , not visible plot, lies our idyllic Sweden wooden house.
