Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 min. Walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is set up for 2-3 people. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests Parking space, wallbox and bike rack at the property. Laundry package and final cleaning included.

We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 48 m² 2-room apartment in the attic. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have the best view of the old town of Ueckermünde and the boats of the marina. Towels, sheets and much more are included in the price. There are also well-developed cycling and hiking trails for recreational activities. Of course, Koserow also has a beautiful sandy beach. From our vacation home, this can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
