We are comfortably furnished and offer a complete, open kitchen-living room with separate dining area, a cozy living and sleeping area, perfect for 2 people as well as a modern shower room. You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

Between the idyllic Neurupin lake , the pretty city of Potsdam and the lively capital of Berlin, you will find a modern, cozy apartment. It is 5 minutes by car from the A 24. The equipment is comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. You have a small enclosed garden. You could also camp there. Everything Brandenburg has to offer can be found right on your doorstep. We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Neuruppin is a beautiful city in every season that has a lot to offer. Whether romantic walks, water sports or pub evenings... You live in the middle of the historic old town and walk only 1 minute to the beautiful lake promenade and 5 minutes to the center, with market place, cafes and shops. Restaurants, cafés, pubs, bathing areas and the spa are within walking distance. In addition, you can book 1 or 2 standups, if currently available.

Just outside Berlin is this idyllic, completely renovated cottage, which offers you a refuge while at the same time being located in the middle of a region that offers many leisure, sport and cultural activities. The nearby lake invites you to relax. There is a spa resource 100 meters away. We, Juliane and Frank, rent a beautiful apartment with two rooms in the heart of Neuruppin. The apartment is located within the city walls in the city center of Fontanestadt Neuruppin. Pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants and many other small shops are all in the immediate vicinity. It is just under 800 meters walk to the lake. Neuruppin West train station is a 650-meter walk away. Public parking spaces are available.

On a hill, nestled by old trees, stands 1 of 3 unconventional huts with 2 beds each. In any weather (except in winter), the cabin can offer camping friends, cyclists or last-minute guests an overnight stay as an alternative to the tent. Just a sleeping bag and a towel in your luggage. The comfort consists of a roof over your head, a place to sleep, a nice campfire and a warm outdoor shower with separate toilet.
