Notes: During the European Football Championship the apartment will be available for 2 people max, (possibly with 2 children from 12 years). Parties and loud soccer evenings are not permitted out of consideration for my neighbors. The City of Berlin charges an additional 7.5% citytax.

The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.
