Kumar and Nitin were great hosts, very good with communication and friendly. The apartment for the price is great value. I was very comfortable and safe and enjoyed the big TV. Only thing is the trains going past regularly but if you aren’t too sensitive then it’s fine. Thank you!

Underbar lägenhet i ett supertrevligt område med mycket bra restauranger och väldigt nära till tunnelbana. Perfekt värd som var hjälpsam och tillmötesgående under vår vistelse. Tusen tack för denna gång, åker vi till Berlin igen så kommer vi garanterat att vilja bo här.

Het betreft een goed verzorgt en goed onderhouden appartement op de 4de verdieping. Goede en ruim uitgeruste keuken. Woonkamer keurig ingericht. Nette en ruime badkamer. Wat opviel was de rust in het appartement en nette en smaakvolle aankleding. Wij zijn er een week verbleven en vonden het een mooie uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te bezoeken met een U-baan station op korte loopafstand. Matteo, de eigenaar, reageerde snel en vriendelijk.

Pour une famille de 5 personnes, l'appartement est très grand, très bien aménagé et très confortable. Les chambres donnent sur le jardin et sont très calmes. Le quartier est agréable, calme. Il y a de nombreux commerces juste à coté ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Les transports en communs sont très faciles d'accès: plusieurs stations de métro et arrêt de bus, ce qui permet de rejoindre n'importe quelle partie de Berlin très rapidement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Berlin. Merci Vera. Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement.

It’s a beautiful airy, large apartment which gets plenty of natural light. Clean, and so beautifully set up with great audio and televisions, plenty to read etc. Loved the well equipped kitchen. Clean and modern bathroom with all amenities as listed…and more. Michael’s team was virtually connected with us and was warm, very responsive and helpful. His son dropped in carrying a bottle of wine to welcome us and it was not just heart warming but reassuring too to know he lives next door since we were renting an air bnb in Berlin for the first time. We had a fabulous stay and would totally recommend this place.

I've just returned from my stay, and the apartment was spotless, looking exactly as the photos showed. Vasil, the host, was incredibly helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Will stay here again next time I'm in town!

A perfect Airbnb. It’s a much bigger place than it seems in the pictures which was great for me and my friend. The WiFi was super strong for my video calls for work. Spotless apartment and building. and Tons of options for food and cafes and walking around just in the neighborhood A++

Love Frank’s apartment very much. Very easy to find the apartment. Beautiful comfortable and homey interior that makes you feel right at home. Peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. Walking distance to the train station and a lot of great restaurants/cafe and groceries store nearby. Apartment with the most complete kitchen amenities, including coffee machine. Words can’t describe how I like the interior of the apartment. Modern but still keeping the heritage style. Definitely will come back if i have the chance to go to Berlin again.

Wunderschönes Wochenende mit der Familie in Berlin verbracht: die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet genug Raum für Spiel und Spaß mit 4 Teenagern (Billardraum!). Drumherum sind so viele Restaurants und Cafes, dass wir kaum selber gekocht haben. Eine klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our time in Berlin, in large part due to this apartment! The space felt like an oasis in the midst of the bustling berg of Prenzlauer district. It was simply lovely to have this gorgeous space to ourselves with a sauna, no less!

Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. The apartment itself was very nice and cosy (perfect for two people), with the u-bahn right next door. We really liked the neighbourhood. Overall, this apartment exceeded all our expectations and we highly recommend it!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Sie war außerdem besonders sauber und gepflegt. Besonders der Balkon und die große Küche haben uns gut gefallen. Kommunikation und Check-in waren unkompliziert und freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

We loved this apartment. Very serene interior. Loved the light and space. Lots of living space. Good facilities and a wonderful kitchen.

My stay at May's place was great. May was very accommodating when i experienced some check-in issues, and those issues were resolved quickly. The apartment was beautiful and I felt right at home. The location is great: so many restaurants and kebab stores nearby, but since the apartment is located in a courtyard, it was really quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Ankes Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation war super, die Nachbarschaft war sehr schön und ruhig. Die Wohnung hat uns sehe gut gefallen, Anke hat uns einen Kinderhochstuhl und Kinderbesteck bereitgestellt, etwas Spielzeug und ein paar Kinderbücher waren auch vor Ort. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon war definitiv ein Highlight, alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen!

I can recommend staying at Fadeih’s apartment. I loved the location and proximity to hip cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. As the apartment is not facing the street, it is very quiet. The place is great if you need to separate sleeping areas. It was easy to get hold of Fadeih and she was very friendly. Clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out. Personally, I was surprised that the guests need to strip the beds as I assumed that would be part of the cleaning fee.

A stunning apartment in a great location. Walkable to the trams and bus stops. Clean and airy with good facilities. We loved the roof top terrace and the indoor pool. Great for self catering with high quality equipment. If we had any questions, Marga was prompt to respond and even came up to help with the oven. Would highly recommend.

Ich habe für zwei Wochen bei Katrin und Roxanne gewohnt. Wohnung und Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Gastgeberinnen freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Information, Zeit für Gespräche aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Hit ist der Balkon am Zimmer.

Aaron’s artsy flat was wonderfully creative, comfortable, and friendly. It invited us to enjoy our space and feel at home in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the canal and feeding the swans as much as getting mango cheesecake for breakfast at the cafe or pizza for dinner down the street. We got scooters and cruised all over the nearby neighborhoods. It was delightful and fun to explore Berlin from such a nice space. Aaron was infinitely helpful with all questions and issues. When I return to Berlin I will be touching base with Aaron, and hopefully staying in the same flat!

We had such a wonderful time and cecilia is such a great host! she has actually everything what you wish for a host! super uncomplicated (flexible checkin) and charming! totally worth it! thank you so much!

Super Buen alojamiento para grupos de 9 personas, muy bueno el espacio y la atención, el lugar está cerca de un metro que recorre todo Berlín, el entorno es maravillo, además de la atención y cuidados del anfitrión muy recomendable
