Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

The "Tenne" with 135 sqm is one of two apartments, has 4 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 7 people, and has a separate entrance. The 1.000 sqm garden with fruit trees, roses and many other flowers invites you to relax and play. The house is supplied with biogas & Greenpeace electricity, and connected to a fiber optic network.

Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.

You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island. Feel welcome in the tranquil Gulde in the middle of Angeln! In our "acceptance" the old farmer used to live after he had left the farm to his children. Our farm has been family-owned since 1870. Our apartment has a cozy, newly designed double room. In our main house, you can enjoy your breakfast (for an extra €16.50 per person) with a wonderful view of the garden! In addition, our son is a brewer and the world brewery is located on our farm.
