The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

The house has been renovated with lattice windows and some of the old timber has been preserved and is visible. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and toilet and on the 1st floor, there is a kitchen and living room. There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!
