Cozy Swedish vacation home

In the middle of the forest, and close to the ferry's arrival and a good beach, is our holiday home, 90 m2 plus 15 m2 annex with plenty of space for up to six people. The house is not suitable for people with cat allergies, as the owners themselves have cats. The house is a Swedish holiday home, well insulated and with a wood-burning stove, cozy kitchen and living room in one, large terrace and 5500 m2 plot with enclosed cat yard, greenhouse and raised beds, outdoor furniture, fireplace and free firewood. Can also easily be rented in autumn and winter, e.g. Christmas and/or New Year on Læsø.

The house is originally a farmhouse, built in 1782 with 4 hectares of land. 50 tons of seaweed were placed on the main house in 2017. Apartment B is made in the former stable and barn. And apartment A is the original living room house. For example, there is a manger, water post and most places high to the ceiling. Under the thatched roof, the back is visible. We have had the house since 2008 and therefore there has been the same owner for 54 years. We have preserved a lot of the old. Our beautifully decorated cottage has a unique location. In the middle of nature, 300 meters to the sea and 800 meters from Østerby Harbor, where there is a grocery store, marina, restaurants, shops and a relaxed atmosphere. And just 3 km to Læsø Golf. Læsø is fantastic all year round, and our house is the perfect setting. There is an adjoining annex with a double bed and a private bathroom/toilet as well as a TV. Whether you are a family or three couples who want to enjoy Læsø, there is plenty of room for everyone. Private parking with space for 3 cars.

The annex is 25 m2 and is located 500 meters from Vesterø harbor, with easy access to ferry, beach, shopping, restaurants and shopping. The house is bright and newly renovated with a kitchenette (hob, electric kettle, air fryer, tableware, toaster, etc.), bathroom, a bedroom (160x200), a loft with two mattresses (80x200) and a sofa bed. The house has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Shelter i haven til sove ude. Der betales 3 kr pr KW i el. Gæster sørger selv for rengøring, inden huset forlades.
