Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. For those coming in for work, the property is 2 miles to the New Braunfels airport, 5.2 miles from the hospital, and within 10 miles to most of the New Braunfels Schools.
