Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Dunlap

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Man ist in einer Minute am Riverwalk und an der Kirche. In weniger als 15 Minuten kann man dann noch mehr Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen können. Wir hatten das Auto für etwa 3 Tage im Parkhaus stehen und haben keine 30 $ gezahlt. Das ist also auch vollkommen in Ordnung.

by far Georgia was the best host ever so hospitable so friendly so proactive to tell me about restaurants nearby and things to do. she went out of her way to make homemade cookies to welcome her and proactively was attentive to our needs and wants. by far so clean so beautiful so peaceful I loved every little bit of the experience I had there with my daughter it truly was a beautiful experience very well worth it and we got to see deer around the property other animals on the other side of the fence it was just beautiful and breathtaking. I strongly advise and encourage people to enjoy themselves here and the bed is just comfortable like no other the bathroom Tip Top with anything you could possibly need super clean same for the kitchen sadly we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub but it was very beautiful.

Great location for floating the Comal River! Our family also enjoyed hanging out at the pool after floating the river. Condo was great with comfortable beds and toiletries. Thank you for hosting!

Very Clean and Hospitable Environment for San Antonio and The Property was Quiet and Clean

Great location, comfy space with plenty of room for all 4 of our boys. We loved waking up and watching the deer frolick.

We had a great stay. Location is excellent. Close to Schlitterbahn. Can easily get in and float to public access and walk back. Also walking distance to downtown.

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just 2-3 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and Buc-ee’s, and only about 12 minutes from downtown Gruene. We felt completely safe the entire time and loved how easy everything was to get to. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were so thoughtful and responsive. 10/10—would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!!

Was beautiful and was exactly as described. The house was very clean and well equipped. Although it was just my wife and I staying, it would be great for two couples. It was very private and and quiet. We really enjoyed our trip.

Linlings place was amazing. Hidden get away right off the freeway. After spending all day in the hustle and bustle of the nearby town coming home to a peaceful and quiet home is the best. I recomment this place to anyone looking for a great get away.

This place is beautiful ! The house is comfy and clean. The backyard is beautiful with a very nice view. The dock sits on the water and is pretty private for the most part. The boats and skis are nearby but most do not disturb where you are at. I will definitely come back to this spot again ! Highly recommend for a small family or couple.

Alec was a wonderful host. We left something behind and he was kind enough to bring it. Definitely recommend! Amazing property on the river.

The pictures did not do this beautiful house justice! It was so peaceful and cozy, the host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly! Such a beautiful place and such a nice host ! Definitely worth the stay !

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. Comfy and well-appointed, and close to the pool and the river. We would be glad to recommend.

My daughters and I stayed in Roy's beautiful home for 11 nights while in town from Alabama for Math Camp. Everything about our experience was absolutely wonderful. Roy is responsive, attentive, understanding and caring. His home is exactly as described and tastefully decorated with all the Texas charm! We arrived very late on the first night but when I woke up and pulled back the curtains in the living room, we were met with a family of deer. Just past the deer was the gorgeous view of Canyon Lake. Our hearts were full!! We prepared many meals in the kitchen. Every appliance I needed was there, which was a pleasant surprise because I'd forgotten to inquire about that before booking. There is PLENTY to do in the immediate area as well as surrounding towns/cities. If you'd prefer to just relax, that's more than possible as well. Simply sitting out enjoying the sun set with the animals approaching the patio for treats is perfectly peaceful!! The neighbors are all kind too!!!

Unfortunately, we were unable to come for our trip as I was admitted to the hospital with post surgery complications. We were really looking forward to staying here and are hoping to reschedule for another time!

Great stay again! Relaxing, welcoming space to enjoy our summer fun tradition of floating river and Schlitterbahn.

Definelty a good place for a quick get away. Plenty of local food options, not too far from shopping, and close to entertainment like river tubing.
