Enjoyed the stay for me and my family. The pool was fun. Surrounded by restaurants and the basics. Love looking out at the water. This was our first time and loved it.

Perfect location on Lake LBJ. House was clean, fully stocked with cook ware, bath towels, bed sheets and bathroom amenities. Sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and a den that has 2 twin sleepers. Perfect number for my family. Nice lake access, medium size swimming pool and kid play area. We had a wonderful stay.

Practical and easily accessible condo in Hill / Lake Country. Service provided by front desk staff was good, and communication with hostess was a breeze.

Had a great experiance! Very cute little place right next to the lake, was able to watch the sunrise over the lake right outside my door! Very clean, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen and grill outside

The place is so adorable. Very clean, perfect on space, close to restaurants & the water. There’s also a pool for the kiddos. I definitely will be coming back.

It is a beautiful area. Enjoyed our stay. A few things to share even though I gave 5 stars. Maybe I missed it, but Wifi is not included and you have to pay for it. A little misleading when looking at the amenities included. A better way to list it would be ‘WiFi is available for purchase’—no WiFi is wild for any air bnb. Next, in our room, the guest rooms were pretty warm even when turning the AC low. (I guess poor circulation). The master bedroom was fine but my family ended up sleeping on the pull out couch bed instead and left the guest rooms empty. You may have picked up on this, but it’s more like a hotel vibe. The pool, hot tub and stuff is in a shared location. The propane grills are nice. Just note that they are next to the parking lot, sandwiched between the condo buildings. All in all. It was a great stay and great location. Just thought I’d share those.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The condo had a nice view of the water and a nice view from the primary bedroom. We ate twice at the restaurant that is on the premises. The host was very responsive when I reached out to ask a few questions.

Off the beaten path, but well worth it! I have not stayed in many Airbnb's that offered the feeling of being off the grid yet so close to anything you need in North Austin or just up the road in Lago Vista. The condo is very well laid out and Kara has thought of every detail for your stay including even extra tooth brushes if you forget them and extra birdseed. I think our favorite feature are the miles of walking paths just off the condo! We were here with our new grand daughter and our puppy and the place was amazing to walk everyday. Although a golf cart is available via Kara, we also brought our electric bikes and got to really explore the expansive hidden walkways. We stayed for a month and found Kara as a host to be exceptional! She communicated well and handled any issues very quickly. If you are looking for a place to escape, even for just a weekend I think you will find this condo a very nice surprise. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay. Loved that it was secluded from the city. Peaceful and we enjoyed all of the wildlife especially all of the deer. We were even able to feed them a few times. Right by lake Travis so easy to go get a boat, jet skis etc. The place itself was great with everything we needed for our stay. Super clean and with all of the amenities that were listed. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts. Look forward to staying here again. A 10 out of 10. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place!

We love staying at this condo. Very open, light and clean with nice views of nature from the back porch. And you never have to worry about running out of basic supplies. Lots of coffee, paper towels, dishes and laundry detergent! Will definitely stay again!

James’s place was fantastic! He was very responsive and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Felt cozy at home, 1 min walk to beach access on the lake. Pool right outside which was so refreshing! It was very clean and well stocked! Better than advertised and exceeded expectations! Will definitely book here again when we need another lake vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with the AC the first night but Liza was very responsive and had it fixed quickly. She was very responsive and a great host. She gave me some good recommendations of places to go around town. Her post was very accurate. All the photos and descriptions were right on. It was a beautiful and relaxing get away. Really loved our stay. I would love to go back. Thank you Liza for a great stay.

Our family stay was amazing. Definitely recommend; especially, if you have kids who love to swim. Short walk to the lake, two pools to play in, and plenty of space for my family of 5. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Only suggestion I would make is updating the listing for being on the 4th floor of the building, not the 1st floor.

Amazing stay, exceeded all my expectations.

Dyung was a great host, she communicated through our stay and had simple instructions. The the place was spacious and kept in great condition, beds were also very comfortable and I would definitely book again!

We stayed here for 5 weeks and didn’t want to leave. Everything was exactly as advertised. Felt right at home. Will definitely be doing the same spot next year-and hopefully for a longer period.
