We had to rent this sweet cottage right on the water at the last minute on a busy holiday weekend. Such a great place with a beautiful view of the lake. We would love to come back and really enjoy this space in the future.

We had a great time, location was great. There’s a nearby boat rental for a day out on the lake. Condo had great cooking utensils for a large group. Due to COVID you must reserve the pool and they only allow 1 hr per day.

Another great weekend at the lake house! This is our second year coming and we plan to come back again next year. Wonderful place for large groups!

The place was perfect for our group, we had all of our teenagers and teen adults share the bunk room , it was perfect for us! Also, next to the dock it’s not that deep perfect for your crew that don’t know how to swim. Equipped with everything you need, we had enough towels, covers, pillows. The owners were very attentive and friendly! Great place if we come back to this area we would definitely return.

They provided a wonderful service and accommodations. The area was a perfect retreat to be able to enjoy the river and the landscape. The house was comfortable and cozy for my wife and I and we hope to return.

Words cannot express how wonderful our weekend was at Three Points Ranch. Not only were we immersed in natures beauty but blessed with the most gracious hosts. Sally, Kate, and Lindsey welcomed us with open arms and hearts to make our elopement weekend everything we dreamed of. They were available to and did work with us on everything we asked from the moment of booking to the days we were there. They were there in a moments notice if we needed them and also kept their space from us so we could enjoy peaceful privacy in the beautiful space they created. They offered everything they could to us to make us feel like family staying on site. They even made sure no one drove by during our elopement ceremony! I was blown away by their willingness to work with us on every ask we gave. The thoughtful, gracious presence they were as our hosts made our weekend feel extra special. I truly felt like no other space could hold such a sacred weekend for us the way the Ranch did, thanks to them.

The house was perfect for our family gathering for my mother’s birthday weekend celebration! We enjoyed the kayaks, and hanging out in the water.

Steve's home was perfect for our family getaway! The home: Clean and spacious. Ample seating. Every kitchen tool you could need. Loads of towels. The bedroom configuration was perfect for us (two couples, one single guy and four small kids). We took advantage of the board games and videos, too. There is an expanse of backyard before getting to the river...easy to walk down there and even see from the house, but enough distance that we didn't fear toddlers safety. Beautiful sunset views. The river: Wow! Plenty of deep water for jumping in, swimming, floating, kayaking and fishing, while just yards away, the little ones played in six inches of water and on the sandbar. Loved it! The concrete dock/boardwalk provided the perfect spot to take a break but still be near by the swimmers. The 3 and 4 year olds even floated together on the kayak safely and couldn't get too far away. No boat traffic at all on the dock side of the sand bar... safe! On the farther side of the river, only the occasional jet ski or pontoon. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Fantastic location and accommodations. It was convenient to Marble Falls, but secluded enough to feel like an escape. Common areas were not crowded, and others that we encountered were friendly and respectful. The deer are abundant and add to the the tranquility. It was nice to sit on the patio and watch the deer. The condo is well-appointed and Liza is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

We really enjoyed staying here. It met and exceeeded our needs. This place is great for children of all ages. We have a toddler and there was a lot of space for him to run around and play. The view from the balcony is stunning. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Our family stay was amazing. Definitely recommend; especially, if you have kids who love to swim. Short walk to the lake, two pools to play in, and plenty of space for my family of 5. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Only suggestion I would make is updating the listing for being on the 4th floor of the building, not the 1st floor.

The host was responsive and attentive. My family and I appreciated how clean and well equipped the host keeps his condo. The view is absolutely breathtaking! We can’t wait to stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed staying in Suzanne’s AirBnb. The space was very clean, and appeared to be brand new. It’s reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay a few nights on the resort or just meeting friends.

The house had a beautiful view both from the inside and outdoor area. The pool was refreshing, we would definitely go back!
