Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Schönes kleines Haus über zwei Etagen in einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Gegend. Sie haben das ganze Haus für sich allein. Es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche mit einem angeschlossenen Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss. Oben ist das Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit TV, sowie das Bad. Ebenso gibt es WLAN und eine Waschmaschine. Auf der Straße können Sie direkt vorm Haus kostenlos parken. Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Portugiesisch und Spanisch. Wir freuen uns auf Sie! :-)

Apartment at Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

The 75sqm apartment is located on the basement floor of a charming old villa right on the Berlin city limits, surrounded by green nature. Perfect for exploring Berlin and Potsdam. The modern, loving furnishings and warm atmosphere make it an ideal retreat with a bedroom, living room, kitchen-living room, large bathroom and guest toilet. You can relax outside in your own area. Just a small note, a large friendly dog ​​lives on the property.

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor. Terrace house in Kleinmachnow

Located in the green, very quiet Kleinmachnow, you can get to Berlin or Potsdam very quickly from our terraced house. Everything you need is nearby: bus stop, Berlin-Wannsee regional train station, Mexikoplatz S-Bahn station, food discount store, bank, etc. The house is temporarily occupied by the owners. The cabinets are partly full.
