It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. The apartment is about 81 square meters, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace, facing south, can be reached directly through the living room.
