This is such a beautiful apartment building. It’s super clean and modern, and definitely comfortable. I loved my room and stayed here for 4 nights. During my stay I made most of the apartment amenities and bars and restaurants; all within a 10-15min Uber ride away. Shout out to Ryan from the reception desk who’s a lovely bloke – really appreciated his hospitality and friendly vibes. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again. I’d recommend to anyone staying here if they want comfort and convenience. My only slight negative is the road noise from the highway, even at a high floor level it’s still noticeable in the early hours. But then again, I am a light sleeper.

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

This Airbnb was incredible! The view of the Austin skyline from the living room absolutely lived up to the hype, sunsets and city lights felt like a postcard. The space was clean, stylish, and the amenities were just what we needed to relax between BBQ and adventures. Only recommendation? A bit more flexibility with check-in. A small crowd of tired travelers gathered like it was the VIP line to a concert, eager to settle in, but with nowhere to go until the clock struck 4:00 PM. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for great location, skyline vibes, and access to all the cool stuff Austin has to offer.

This property is in a gated community, very near many shops and restaurants and the Galleria complex. The directions were super accurate, and she went above and beyond sending pictures of each step to get in - quite helpful as we arrived at night. The property had everything as listed - more than enough to host guests, fully functional kitchen, Keurig, dishwasher, washer/dryer, great shower water pressure, great blackout shade in the bedroom, lots of mellow decorations . . . very well appointed. We did not encounter any problems, and Maleasa was proactive making sure we were settled in and was available if we had any questions. Checking out was very easy/stress free! We would definitely rent this apartment again!

Marissa was a fantastic host! The apartment was well stocked with the basics and even a few thoughtful touches. It is on the 3rd floor so be aware of the climb, especially if visiting while it’s hot outside. The pool and workout room were a nice perk. There is a very slight scent of old cigarette smoke that is in all apartment complexes if you’ve ever lived in one. These are just the most not-picky things as the stay was great and we’d absolutely stay again. Very accessible and pro tip: exit through the back gate to use the stop light rather than trying to cross the speeding traffic outside the main gate.

The space was very clean I felt right at home Target was a 10 min walk away. A lot of restaurants to eat at at in the area. I paid $6 for a Lyft to go for dinner deeper in the city 10/10 highly recommend

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

cute place and a great location to the lake and walkable to the event I attended for the week. Plan ahead for valet if you have plans, they can get quite backed up to get your car. Loved to be able to use peloton and gym. Pool is not a swimming pool, more of an adult kiddie pool but nice to soak tired feet and lay in the sun. The noise didn't bother me, the sound machine worked great, beautiful view. Thank you.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

the view from this place is amazing! the bed was too firm for us, but everything was super clean and we felt at home. jason was very responsive and accommodating. we felt the place was quiet and private despite being in a large building. we were bummed that Rainey street wasn’t very lively and had a lot of construction, but other areas of town were just a quick ride share away.

This place was great! Great location, easy access to all the Austin spots. The roof top pool was great! I would suggest bringing a large pool towel or Turkish blanket as the chairs up there are a little dirty, which has nothing to do with the host. Outside that I would book this location again.

Solid Airbnb, had 15 of my friends for my bachelor trip and we all thought the space was super nice. One of the most well stocked airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid airbnb for a lot of people!

This place was perfect for us! We had enough room to spread out, loved the arcade cabinets, and we enjoyed the back yard putt-putt and small pool. Very modern home with clean lines and lots of things available for us to enjoy. My kids are older, but the convenience of a portable crib and eating chair already there is so thoughtful and takes the stress out of logistics. My kids loved the coloring books and card games, and were big fans of the big bunk bed. Our host was very proactive and friendly, and we had every thing we needed to feel right at home. I would definitely utilize this place again when I'm back in town.

We loved this house! Plenty of room for big groups! Our host was very responsive to any needs! Nice private location with beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed the boat dock! I recommend renting a golf cart! And highly recommend renting a boat that can come to the boat dock to pick you up! We plan to stay here again!! ❤️

Our family had a fantastic stay at this charming Airbnb in Lago Vista, drawn by its seclusion and proximity to the serene lake. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the beautifully decorated home, which was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including items for individuals with disabilities—showcasing the host's commitment to inclusivity. The spacious bathroom and comfortable beds enhanced our enjoyment. We loved taking in the breathtaking views of all the beautiful trees from the large back windows that opened to a stunning outdoor space. Grilling on the user-friendly grill while enjoying meals at the table under the stars was a highlight of our evenings. The standout feature was the huge hot tub, perfect for relaxation and unwinding as a family after a day of exploration. We appreciated access to a well-equipped gym where we met friendly neighbors who shared great local tips. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we highly recommended this peaceful retreat!!

We had an amazing time at this place! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Stephanie's thoughtful touch was evident in the helpful videos she provided, making it easy for us to navigate any issues. But the real highlight was the serene outdoor space! The peaceful atmosphere was incredibly calming, and we loved unwinding by the pool and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect cherry on top of our stay!

This house is the perfect lake house getaway! My wife and I had a great time and were so comfortable. Flip and Elizabeth are wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. What makes this house so special is the sunset view of the lake. It's high on a hill with a perfect view of the setting sun. The sky is truly magnificent. What's also great is there empty lots to the R and L of the house. So there's lots of privacy and the feeling of being in nature. I'd prefer this house over being on the lake actually. It's one of the best views you'll find in Point Venture (maybe even the best)! The house is super clean and updated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are all beautiful. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The coach is great too while watching TV on the projector. We had everything we needed and more. I can't say enough about this place. We'll definitely be back! Point Venture is a special oasis in the middle of TX! Thank you!

We had a great time at Tray’s place in Austin, TX. The place was very clean and spacious. Tray communicated very efficiently and timely. He was able to promptly answer and help me with any questions that arose during my stay. Would recommend this location in the future.
