Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Our small apartment is located between Cuxhaven and Stade, directly on the B73 at the Kreidesee in Hemmoor. There is a snack bar and an Asian restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shopping facility is 2 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot. We have many recreational opportunities and lots of nature in the area. The chalk lake invites you to dive and fish, as well as to take beautiful walks. Our apartment is located on the top floor and has air conditioning.

Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, a quarter of an hour to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

Small historic thatched roof skates from the 18th century! Monumental thatched roof skates directly on the old Elbe dyke near Krautsand. Very quietly located in a cul-de-sac. An optimal place to relax. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Just outside the door you will find the Elberadweg where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
