Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Willkommen im HAUS IM SCHILF 2 - Ihrem gemütlichen Zuhause am Hainer See (Haus im Schilf 2 - Wohnung 9). Unsere kinderfreie Erwachsenenunterkunft liegt malerisch am sonnigen Nordufer des Hainer Sees (2 min zu Fuß) und mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland, nur 20 Autominuten von Leipzig entfernt. In der Ferienwohnung 9 hat man von der nach Süden und Westen ausgerichteten Holzterrasse einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See, unverbaute Natur und einen unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergang.

Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.
