This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). Hospital, bus and train stations, dining options, and shopping facilities are nearby.

Shopping facilities about 1 km away, free parking on the street, spacious terrace in the countryside. The Wesermarsch right outside the front door and the nearby rivers Weser, Ochtum and Ollen invite you to bike rides, walks or inliner tours. Good location on the Weser bike path. Oldenburg and Bremen can be reached in just 30-40 minutes by car.

Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
