Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) are also easy to reach. The nearest tram stops are about 5 minutes' walk away. A cat lives downstairs in the house.
