A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. A free parking space is located directly at the property. The final cleaning fee is EUR 110.00. Towels and linens are included and are free of charge.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The apartments are located at the foot of the Streckelberg in close proximity to the forest and beach. In about 10 minutes walk through the beautiful beech forest you can reach the beach. The town center can also be reached quickly and easily.
