The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

From here, you can easily reach everything on foot – the famous Holsten Gate, the museum harbour, the Gothic churches and the many small alleys and corridors that meander across Lübeck. Right outside the front door is the bus that takes you to Travemünde to the beach in less than half an hour.

Today, due to its proximity to the Old Town, the university clinic and the river Wakenitz ("Amazon of the North") it is one of the most popular residential areas of Lübeck.
