Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Haus Heinke eignet sich mit drei Schlafzimmern, ausgebautem Dachgeschoss und Garten für die ganze Familie. Die moderne Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher, lichtdurchfluteter Sitzecke und Kaminofen sind der Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Unsere Südterrasse garantiert gute Erholung in schöner Natur. Das Krähenholz und das Eidertal liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Kiel (12 km) kann man mit dem Bus, dem Zug oder dem Auto bequem erreichen. Zur Ostsee fährt man 30 Min. mit dem Auto.

Komplett neu renovierte & möblierte 22Qm/ 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang, zur Souterrain-Wohnung. Die Deckenhöhe ist ca 195 cm. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Küche, mit Ceranfeld, ein Spülbecken und eine Kühl/Gefrierkombi. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken und Fön gehört auch zur Wohnung, sowie eine Dusche.Ein Fernseher, Kommoden, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen dazu. Ein großes Boxspringbett gehört auch zur Ausstattung. The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Wooden vacation home, favorite place with sauna, 500 m from the Baltic Sea

"Lieblingsplatz" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and proximity to the sea. Large windows open the view to the garden, nature and tranquility included. On approx. 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Rear courtyard house - Self check-in

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Cathedral district, best location, quiet

The 33 sqm separate non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet courtyard of an old town house. There is a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher, gastronomic oven, induction range, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and a large modern double bed. Within walking distance are all the sights and several supermarkets open Mon to Sat until 11 pm. The apartment is large enough for 2 people, offers enough closets and shelves, even for a longer stay.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Small quiet, cozy city apartment in the heart of Lübeck is looking forward to welcoming guests. You can reach everything wonderfully on foot and are in the old town center in a few minutes. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende abenteurer, geschäftsreisende, familien (mit kindern) und große Gruppen. Für zusätzliche 7€ pro Person bieten wir ein vegetarisches Frühstück an.
