Walking distance: outdoor swimming pool, trave, supermarket, supermarket, organic baker, border museum, etc. Enough privacy through three bedrooms. Terrace for 12 people.

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Charming country house close to Lubeck/Baltic sea

The cozy house is an old farm house which got renovated in 2014. The interior is a mixture of French Brocante/Flea Market style (which matches the old wooden elements of the house) with the new elements, yet all rooms and everything is completely newly renovated in 09/2014. There is a floor heating in the bathroom and normal heating system elsewhere. Palingen used to be a GDR border village, so normal citizens were not allowed, only frontier soldiers. Everything survived very charming.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. It has been completely and lovingly renovated inside, combining the original character with a bright and modern atmosphere. Apart from the tiled kitchen, there are wooden floors everywhere. New central heating, double glazing, Wi-Fi and smart TV are provided. Lübeck city is 5 minutes bus or car ride, 10 min. by bike or 25 minutes on foot

A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
