Welcome to Hummingbird House, where you can rest and relax in your own container home in the country. We have designed two containers with your comfort in mind. Whether you want to relax inside the bedroom and listen to our record collection or chill out in the large outdoor tub surrounded by our lush landscaping we will make sure you have everything you need. If you want to wander to Round Top, Lockhart (Best BBQ in TX) Smithville (aka Hope Floats movie) COTA Race track, or a trip into Austin.

Glamping Ranch w/horses/pigs/pond/7 ac of Trails

We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

The Bunkhouse on a working 60 acre cattle ranch

Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

The Brock House

The Brock House is a 2 bedroom loft apartment perched atop a western wear store in Lockhart's vibrant and historic town square. Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. Be our guest and partake in the inspiration that radiates through this town.

This stylish fully renovated Craftsman home boasts a large kitchen, with two bedrooms, and one bath. The cozy family room is perfect for watching movies, your favorite shows or ask google to play your favorite music. To compliment the large kitchen the dinning room seats six, and can be used to play family games, or used as a work space. The outdoor spaces include a large front porch to enjoy your favorite beverage, and a large deck in the back for BBQ. All minutes from downtown Seguin.

Located in historic Gonzales, Texas, the cabin sits on 100 acres and is the perfect those looking to experience relaxed country living. We are 1 mile from Palmetto State Park which offers hiking, fishing, paddle boarding and canoeing. Downtown Gonzales is only 15 mins away and gives a great glimpse of Texas history with museums and the downtown square. Ottine Mineral Springs is 2 miles away and offers a spa experience centered around thermal mineral springs. The choice is up to you!

Cypress View River Barn

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

Unwind in this modern cabin where nature meets comfort. Enjoy an interactive experience with friendly farm animals eager for pets and treats. We have piglets, baby goats, and calves right now until end of August. Close to Circuit of the Americas, Bastrop, Austin Airport, and Smithville.

Downtown Art Studio Apartment

This art studio is located only about three blocks from Lockhart's cute town square complete with Lockhart's famous barbecue and locally owned cafes, shops, and bars. Only 15 miles from the Formula One race track and 30 miles from Austin, you can be close to everything while getting out of the city hustle and bustle. On the other hand, Lockhart has plenty to offer, so you can also just come and enjoy relaxing in this cute slice of Texas.

Gingered Swan

The Gingered Swan is one of our favorite tiny and artistic designs. It has an 80 sq. ft. footprint downstairs & a 70 sq. ft. space upstairs. There is a small Living area & kitchen sink, (but no plumbing right now) an upstairs porch and NO bathroom (You will use the community bathhouse). There is no TV or wifi. Well behaved dogs are allowed with a $20 pet fee per reservation. No smoking in our tiny houses.
