Unsere Villa (250qm) liegt mitten in der Lüneburger Heide, einem idyllischen kleinen Ort in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Wald und schönem großen Park ähnlichem Garten(6000qm). Amelinghausen ist ein tolles Erholungs und Feriengebiet welches unzählige Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Bspw. Wandern, Radfahren, Spazieren gehen, reiten und Wassersportmöglichkeiten am Lopausee bietet. Des Weiteren gibt es ein tolles Freibad. Bispingen liegt 5 km entfernt und auch der Wildpark Lüneburger Heide ist ums Eck.

Ihr "Lieblingsplatz" im Herzen der Lüneburger Heide erwartet Sie! Dieses fast 450 qm große Herrenhaus bietet Ihnen, einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Für Kinder ist es das reinste Paradies! Wir haben einen großen Badesee auf dem man sogar mit dem Boot fahren kann. Eine ganz neue Anschaffung ist der Thermomix TM6, der gerne ausgeliehen werden kann. Für Junggesellenabschiede steht das Haus eingeschränkt zur Verfügung d.h. nicht Ostern, Pfingsten, Weihnachten und Silvester/Neujahr!

The Garden Room

Our house is located in Lueneburg's most beautiful neighborhood the "Rotes Feld". We let one spacious room (parquet, 3.7 m ceilings) plus a shared big kitchen, bath, and beautiful garden. The Garden Room has ~35 qm. It is bright, airy and has it’s own patio (ca. 25 qm) plus canopied bench. It is furnished with a comfy sofa, a welcoming queen size bed, a 50‘ internet TV, a wardrobe, drawers and antique furniture. Weekly cleaning + change of linens included.

The exclusive villa offers 300 m² of living space, a high-quality kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms, and two spacious living rooms, one of which features a fireplace and access to the garden. Outside, you have a sauna, a garden shower, a heated outdoor whirlpool (seasonally available from May 1 to October 1), a gas grill, an outdoor fireplace, and a terrace at your disposal. A carport is located directly at the house.
