After a beautiful day with countless impressions of the island, you can relax in the large living room on our 2-1-1 leather seating group with 2 footstools with a novel or a good film (cable TV available) or share your experiences with friends via the Internet (WiFi connection). The large south-facing balcony invites you to stay.

Old Canoe Barn

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.

You will be staying in the middle of the beautiful island of Föhr in the village of Midlum. The loft-like guest area upstairs in my dreamlike thatched roof house welcomes you. You have your own kitchen and bathroom at your disposal. You will sleep in a 140 x 200 bed. A kitchen sofa as a bed (80 x 200 m) for a 3rd guest is available. You can make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the TV. Tourist tax is payable on site with me in cash separately.
