It's a dream come true! The apartment is simply fantastic – super stylishly furnished, with great attention to detail and exactly as in the pictures! The location is perfect - in the center, everything is within walking distance. But the absolute highlight for me was the spa area - simply wow! A place to unwind and enjoy. I felt totally comfortable from the first moment. Communication was great, check-in uncomplicated - I will definitely come back!

The three of us felt very comfortable there with two small dogs. The promenade is only a 10-minute walk away. Downstairs in the house is a very nice restaurant where you can eat great food. For questions , you always got quick and helpful answers. We would come back

Had a nice stay at the accommodation. Everything was as described and the host was always quick to reach. The weather was also great, so it was a wonderful vacation. Nearby are many nice restaurants, really only a few meters to the beach which was also ideal if you arrive with a dog. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It was very clean and everything was new. The apartment is very modernly furnished and the kitchen very well equipped. Maybe a few (larger) knives and a smaller pan are missing😉. The fully automatic coffee machine and wine cooler were exceptional. There are two large TVs and a large shower. Since I'm not a bathtub fan, I wouldn't have needed the tub. But like home, it was good as a shelf😄. We slept very well in the bed and our dog also felt comfortable because there was always something to see on the balcony. In Ahlbeck itself, we were actually only on the promenade and there you will always find some way to sit down and eat something. We enjoyed it All the best! Anette and Jochen and Dori

The email and phone contact with Anke was very friendly and uncomplicated although we booked quite last minute. There was no trouble checking in or out. Anke contacted me immediately when I couldn't make the reservation. We were on Usedom for the first time and explored the island on foot, by train and car. In 6 days, however, we could only get an overview. We enjoyed the delicious fish several times and also tasted the delicious sand towns/tarts. The apartment is really very stylishly furnished. The number of dishes really surprised us. It is so sustainable if you are not constantly because dishes are missing, the dishwasher has to run. The sunroom was our favorite room, the first tea/coffee in the morning and the wine in the evening with the unique view was the most delicious. The apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated and is located in a quiet location. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. It's also great that there's a lot of basic equipment in the kitchen. Inquiries were responded to quickly and in a friendly manner. However, there is a small point that should be mentioned: The apartment is quite bright and the beach access is a walk of about 10 minutes (at least at our walking speed😀)

We had a great time staying with Beata. The apartment was super clean, the beds very comfortable and everything in Misdroy was easily accessible on foot. We would definitely come back.

High-quality accommodation, where you can also enjoy bad weather. We particularly liked the quiet, rural location close to the Baltic Sea resorts.

We had an amazing time with our 3 teenage daughters and dog. The house was comfortable, well designed and cozy. Plus, the extra comforts for our dog (a bed, dog blanket and extra bowls) were much appreciated. We had such a wonderful time as family and a very restful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zaneta’s property, particularly the large garden which our children enjoyed. Really good off road cycling options on the doorstep, firepit and outdoor seating for relaxing outside. Zaneta was a kind host, happy to answer our questions. We would visit again

Check in and check out went smoothly. Everything clean and nicely decorated. The slope of the roof can be a bit annoying for taller people (as the previous speakers mentioned). But you don't have to wait in line. ;-) The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, sufficient tea and coffee were in stock and you could help yourself. The location was great and quiet (despite the open window at night). Price/performance ratio top. Gladly again.

The property matched the description accurately. We were three families—six adults and four children—and the apartment, spread across two floors, offered ample space for everyone. We arrived in three cars and found plenty of public parking available directly in front of the apartment. Additionally, the host kindly offered the option to park within the property if needed. The host was accommodating and flexible, allowing for an early check-in. The beach is within walking distance, and there are several restaurants and grocery stores conveniently located nearby.

It was a really very nice holiday! The place was absolutely classy and very quiet! Everything was super clean! The concept on site is super thoughtful! The local contact persons were always very helpful and gave good tips for excursions, etc.! We will be happy to come back!

We travelled with our two young kids, and the apartment was perfect. Clean, spacious, and well situated, with a good quality kitchen.

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean the beds were very comfortable for us. It was particularly positive that there are many things for the beach in the apartment. Umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and much more. In addition, there were more sets of the normal towel and bedding. In the kitchen there is everything important. It could have been more knives and plates - 1 set each, otherwise it will be a little scarce between breakfast and dinner. The host was quick in communication and always helpful. She speaks German, English and Polish, which was very convenient for us. A car parking space is available and the location is ideal for a short way to the beach.

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We would like to thank Ms. Nina Bonge very much. From the beginning, all communication was extremely helpful and easy. The key handover also went wonderfully. The apartment was wonderful for us: 3 large bedrooms, for us the possibility of darkening to sleep was also very important. The terrace was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you needed (even a coffee machine). Very close to the REWE supermarket, only about 600 m to the beach and many restaurants. Another bonus point was the available bicycles.
