The house has 2 independent apartments (with separate entrances). Hosts live in one of them. The property is fenced and child-friendly. Guest suite ground floor: living room with TV, equipped kitchen with dining room for up to 8 people and bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bathroom has a toilet and a shower, and one of them is a bathtub and an automatic washing machine. Guests have access to a separate patio with barbecue facilities and part of the garden.

On the approx. 3750m² large, dreamlike property there are two houses, the villa SEEhochDrei and the apartment SEEhochDREI. Furthermore, there is an outdoorsauna (biosauna) and an outbuilding as a sports and fitness room. The sauna opens to the large garden pond with a view of Lake Jamno. At the lake directly there is a jetty, which invites to fishing and water sports, for example with the rowing boat or the two existing SUP's, which are available to the guests free of charge.

Surrounded by nature, the historic manor house offers the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Ideal for families, seminars, workshops, etc. Groups of up to 32 people (price is for 15 people). Rooms for yoga, sauna, table tennis, music (piano, guitar, drums), children's games. It is surrounded by forest, meadows and fields and is 20 km from the Baltic Sea coast near the Parsęta River. Huge outdoor area with soccer and volleyball field, trampoline and fireplace.
