The house was great. the spa amenities made for a great way to relax after a long day of off roading. this particular property also happens to have a massive dirt pad on the other side of the gate that made it easy to park 6 Towrigs with trailers and jeeps next to the property.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelor party. The location is super convenient, not far from Arches National Park and many off road trails. I’d say this is one of the cleaner Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Garage is super convenient, pools is nice, bathrooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy, and they include a binder with all sorts of local recommendations.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rental was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—no issues at all. The location made visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks incredibly easy and magical. It was such a treat to come back to a peaceful, well-equipped space after long days of hiking and exploring. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again.

Exactly as described. Easy check in, easy checkout. Quiet neighborhood and easy to work from the location for part of the day and get out and see the parks and the sites in the evening.

My girlfriend, dog, and parents all stayed here for 5 days of adventure. The place was clean, big, and in a great location. We walked to the main street several times for the restaurants and shopping. We looked through the guestbook to discover some new places to check out, including a perfect place to take the dog to swim and cool off from the heat. Thanks everyone!

We had an amazing time at this Moab condo! The hosts were very proactive about sending instructions beforehand and it was easy to get into the space. The inside of the condo was clean with all the necessary essentials. Having a garage was so nice to avoid the car sitting in the heat. We loved having access to a pool and tennis courts too. The condo is a short easy drive from downtown Moab, with beautiful views of the red rock cliffs and La Sal mountains. It was peaceful and quiet at all times, and we felt safe and at ease. The hosts were so lovely and had a little booklet with local recommendations for everything from activities to food to entertainment. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Moab with a small group (there were 3 of us). We will be back!

We stayed at Kami's place in May, 2025. The home is in the middle of a three unit-townhouse building. We found the home to be super clean and spacious with a big, well-stocked kitchen. We used the patio every day for breakfast and drinks. A second floor balcony has great views of a mountain range. The location is great - just a two minute ride to Main Street - and super quiet. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and can easily accommodate a party of eight. A full size washer/dryer came in handy. So did the garage because it keeps your car out of the heat. The air conditioning is nice and cold. Nothing bad to say about this place. We loved it and Kami was quickly responsive to the few questions we had. All in all, a great place to stay in an equally great town. Happy travels to all.

Needed a place in Moab last minute and was SO lucky to have found this one. This home is super spacious and comfy. Loved being able to wash clothes and cook our meals. It was also nice to have the carport to keep that afternoon sun away. Super close drive to Arches. Ate dinner at Trailhead and the BBQ place that’s right down the street and both were great. Was able to walk to both and all the little shops. Would definitely stay again.

Jeff’s place was absolutely perfect! The communication was responsive and polite. The home was simple, beautiful and clean. Everything laid out with instructions . Super comfortable beds and nice linens. This will be our go to place from now on. Amazing pool and hot tub. Thanks Jeff!!!

We had a great 4-night stay at Chuck's place! It was the perfect home base while we explored Moab, with all the amenities and set-up that we needed, a comfortable and nicely decorated home, plenty of space for our family of 5, and a great book of local recommendations when we arrived. We would happily come back!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We loved the location, peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a family getaway. The unit itself was cozy and felt just like home, with super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. Right outside our door was a spacious area where the kids could run around freely, plus a beautiful little stream that added such a nice touch to the setting. The pool and hot tub area was stunning, nestled against a backdrop of majestic rocks! Moab in our backyard! Our kids had a blast, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We already can’t wait to come back next year

The house is beautiful and clean and in a great location just outside of the tourist area but still close to everything within minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Ashely was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this house.

Kent’s place was beautiful, clean, comfy and a short drive from downtown Moab and the surrounding natural beauty and national parks. The neighborhood was walkable and all whom we met were friendly. The accommodations were well stocked to meet all our needs. We really appreciated being able to do our laundry there too! Thanks, Kent, for a great place to stay in a beautiful place!
