The house is beautifully located overlooking both the sea and Høje Møn, with two km to a lovely beach. The China house, as we call it, is a little crazy with lots of fun details, with columns, dragons and lions. Light plays beautifully in the different rooms throughout the day, and outside there are good nooks and places on terraces and in the garden. The house is part of Teater Møn, but is completely on its own, with its own garden. The upper floor has two beautiful bedrooms with terrace and hot tub. -So come and enjoy this crazy little gem.

Cottage with short distance to the water and wilderness bath

When you arrive at the cottage, you can light up the grill while the children play in the large garden. Should it rain, the covered terrace can be used. There's also a wilderness bath in the garden. In all likelihood, you will be visited by the area's many wild animals. There are deer, hares and pheasants that often run through the garden. Nearby, there is a forest that is ideal for walking or jogging. In the evening, you can light the fireplace and enjoy the sight of the flames while talking about what tomorrow will bring.

Nyrenoverede sommerhus på 82 kvm, ideelt til 2-4 personer. Huset har to soveværelser, en dobbeltseng og 2 seperate, hyggelig stue med spiseplads og sofa samt 3 overdækket terrasser. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret. Udenfor kan du nyde et vildmarksbad og en solopvarmet udendørsbruser. Kun 800 meter fra Danmarks bedste strand, tæt på golfbane, Bøtøskoven og indkøb. Beliggende på en lukket grund med plads til hund, er det ideelt til en ferie i ro og natur. Der er cykler, gratis strøm, vand, brænde mv.

Huset er ældre men nyrenoveret, med nyt køkken, badeværelse, møbler og nye senge. Indhegnet have, for hunde og børn To soveværelser med 160 x 200 cm senge. Wonderful modern farm house with a sea view on the outskirts of the atmospheric village 'Hårbølle'. The house is located 300 meters from the beach and has 5 double bedrooms, a mezzanine, a big kitchen, open plan dining/living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 further toilets and a utility room. The garden has an outdoor sauna and hot tub overlooking the sea - both heated with firewood. One of the barn buildings is converted into a games room with a pool table and a table football.

We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.
