There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Our apartment in idyllic Thiessow is just 300 meters from the mile-long sandy beach that runs around the whole place. The apartment is brand new. It has a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living area and TV. Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Modern and practically furnished 2-room apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, not far from the beaches and the center with restaurants, as well as a supermarket, bakery and small shops. It is about 5 minutes' walk to the famous pier or to the north beach and about 10 minutes to the south beach. The apartment is located in a very quiet and central location on Luftbadstraße.
