Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake...and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself...so everything made with love...but every now and then a little crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself, are guests, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the road... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are in front of the door...on city trips I can offer professional dog care...(had a dog board before).

Just 5 minutes from the beautiful Müggelsee and its inviting cafés and 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Friedrichshagen or water sports center in the opposite direction (boat rental, water sports, sauna, fitness,...). Explore the historic district of Köpenick by public transport/car in 10 minutes or within 20 minutes in Berlin-City.

You live in the immediate vicinity of Berlin's only rowing ferry that translates you (on the WE's & holidays) to the old fishing village of Rahnsdorf. Within walking distance is the beach on the small Müggelsee and the restaurants on the water Neu Helgoland with ferry connection and Trattoria Di Mare with adjacent boat rental Waterlounge Pets are not allowed.

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace.
