The rezde chaussee is light flooded with big windows. It has a small kitchenette and wooden flooring. The steep stair leads to the bedroom with a ceiling window and sky view.

You have a living room with a box spring sofa bed (very comfortable, no back pain) Here you will also find a mobile workplace and an adjoining balcony (incl. balcony furniture), the bathroom incl. bathtub, the hallway, and the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animals are not allowed as I am severely allergic. Underground garage space included.

The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
