You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. It has a patio with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Welcome to “Ved skov og strand” – a personal cottage filled with soul and history. Here you live in the middle of nature, only 10 meters from beech forest and 300 meters from a small private beach with rowing boat. The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished with a mix of new and old, and there is room for contemplation, play and tranquility. A small oasis where time stands still and where the sunsets over the sea never disappoint.

Annex 15 m from the water.

The Annex sits in our garden, directly on the water. You can just walk down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a stroll in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish highland cattle and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - dragin. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of lovely walks by the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer trip around Skalø.

Annex overlooking Svendborg Sund, located on the Øhavs Trail and a short distance from Svendborg city center, is the perfect place to explore South Funen from. The home consists of an open living room with a small kitchenette, dining area and a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and a terrace. Clean linens and towels are included. Frugtavlerenshus / Orchard house

A cosy three bedroom house set in an old orchard, close to the local beach. Downstairs, my place has a large living and dining space with a near new kitchen that looks out onto the enclosed garden. The second floor has three bedrooms with a view of the surrounding fields and forests. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
