The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Welcome to our cozy place which is close to water, forest and a short drive from Nakskov. The house is from 1960 but continuously renovated in 2022-2024. The house is used as a retirement home for the Store Riddersborg estate, which is 250 meters away. The house has a pool that is 150 cm deep and a covered terrace for the cool summer evenings. Indoors, there's room for the whole family at the dining table, a large kitchen, and two living rooms. There are great ocean views to the east. The house is ideal for the large family or several couples.
