A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
