The rural life, the expanses of the outdoor area as well as the large garden, where fruit trees are also to be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor, you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small places also offer for bike and motorcycle riders, beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering.

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

This apartment is the old classroom of a school over 100 years old. It has been completely renovated and the charm of bygone times has been preserved. Welcome to our designer apartment! The cozy apartment is centrally located between the pedestrian zone and the sandy beach "Perlebucht" in Büsum. You can walk to the dike in just 2-3 minutes and to the pedestrian zone with many restaurants, cafes and shops in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity is an EDEKA market incl. a bakery, post office and laundry.

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
