The small apartment is modernly furnished and has a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a 1.60 wide double bed. The sofa bed in the living area with a sleeping area of 1.40 m width also allows you to sleep separately. A smart TV is located in the bedroom. The beautiful south terrace in front of the apartment invites you to have breakfast or a drink in the evening.

The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The nearest supermarket is 1 km away. A forest area is within walking distance. If you want to enjoy the day relaxed, one of the two terraces invites you to linger. For children, there is a trampoline and a large lawn for playing on the property.

On a 7-hectare rest farm from 1750 with pastures and biotope, where the hosts also live in 3 generations, with dogs, cat and horses. “Even teething kids sleep here.” Close to the Holstein Lake District, not far to the Baltic Sea or Kiel. Dogs welcome. There would also be space for your horse in the stable and in the pasture.
