The large wooden terrace by the house means that you can find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee while the ships sail past on Flensborgfjord. The light, the water and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy sailing and kite surfing are popular activities.

In a fantastically idyllic location, between forest, meadows and a sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment, which will be completed in early 2025, is hidden with special architecture and minimalist design. Welcome to our farm at Geltinger Birk, The approximately 18 square meter cottage is located in the garden of our farm in the countryside, not far from the Charlotte mill, a popular starting point for long walks by the water or through the nature reserve. The beaches of Falshöft and Wackerballig can be reached in a few minutes (3 km). The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen, stove and fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Electric heating is available for even colder nights.

Lüttdeel

Located in Gelting, the studio apartment Lüttdeel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 26 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine. Furthermore, a shared sauna is available on the property.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. You can stroll along our beautiful promenade and enjoy the view of the waterfront and the beach. For example, if you want a slightly longer walk, you can continue out into the woods along the Gendarmstien.

You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, living room and a toilet with shower It is possible to pay for final cleaning, which costs DKK 250 or EUR 33, there is information about payment in the house.

Urlaub im Grünen und nah zur Ostsee!! Unsere Ferienwohnung „Fasanennest“ liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Gelting OT Stenderup angrenzend an unser Wohnhaus. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und geht über 2 Etagen. Tagsüber kann man von hier schöne Ausflüge an das Meer oder an die Schlei unternehmen. Oder man genießt die eigene Terrasse im Garten oder liest ein Buch in der Hängematte. Alles ist möglich!

Moin! Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on just under 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholmer harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. In a direct location to the sailing harbor in Maasholm, it is only a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.
