Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. In the in-house swimming pool with spacious sauna, you will find pure relaxation not only in summer but also in winter or on rainy days. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

In the middle of nature lies the small vacation village of Barendorf. Anyone looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9 x 5 m indoor pool invites you with a water temperature of 26 degrees in winter, as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with a southeast orientation. The uncrowded beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through beautiful nature (about 800 m).

This modern apartment offers 43–47 m² of thoughtfully designed space, featuring two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also includes a bathroom, a comfortable living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

The modern furnished 3-roomapartment in the historic Ohlerich warehouse is located right at the harbor tip of Wismar. The apartment is designed for 4 people. In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.
