Die großzügige, nordische Atmosphäre dieser schönen Altbauwohnung, zentral in Flensburg, ist besonders. Die Wohnung Villa Rosa bietet den perfekten Rahmen zum Wohlfühlen. Hohe Decken und Dielenböden sowie die abgestimmte Einrichtung laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne (mit Dusche) zum Entspannen. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es gemütliche Doppelbetten. Das Kinderzimmer mit zwei Kinderbetten lässt kleine Herzen höher schlagen.

This historic canal house, built in typical Dutch style, was completely renovated in 2022, meticulously refurbished, lovingly furnished, and stylishly decorated. The lower level features underfloor heating and period tiles. Beautiful, high-quality furnishings throughout the house create a feel-good atmosphere. A yoga room is available on the second floor for an additional fee. The house accommodates 4-6 people. Dogs are allowed upon request. Children 8 years and older are allowed.

The Langeness apartment is our largest apartment, 70 m², and is located on the ground floor. The 3-room apartment is for 4+2 people. Dogs are allowed upon request. In the spacious living room there is a cozy seating area and you also have a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD radio. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, wardrobes and a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

Delightful cottage on scenic Bolilmark

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

This bright apartment in absolute proximity to the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living/sleeping room with an open kitchen (fully equipped), shower room and south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. The price includes a car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Can also be booked for a small fee.
