Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

The sunny and modernly furnished apartment is located in a quiet, green location north of Berlin, 2 minutes from Birkenwerder S-Bahn station. The center of Berlin is by train in only 30 minutes at any time. It takes 5 minutes by car to get to the highway and the city limits of Berlin. But Berlin can also be reached in about 15 minutes by train.
